The Client is entitled to the receipt of a .com domain name subject to the purchase of Webfusion's hosting package. For the avoidance of all doubt, PURCHASE IS NECESSARY and the domain will remain free so long as the Client continues to renew their hosting package with Webfusion.
Clients are free to select the particular .com domain they wish, as provided for in the offer, subject to availability. Clients are only permitted one free domain for each hosting package purchased.
Clients may use this offer in conjunction with any other promotion(s) offered by Webfusion or any of its associated brands.
Clients are entitled to a full refund of the hosting plan under our 7 day money back guarantee. In the event a Client seeks to exercise this right, the full cost of the domain name registration will be deducted from any amount that will be refunded to the Client.
Webfusion reserves the right to end this offer and or amend the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without the prior notice or consent of the Client.
